Directions

  1. Cut a small pocket, approximately 6 cm long and the same depth, on the edge of the thick seam.
  2. If desired, season the inside of the pocket with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Soak the oysters in Worcestershire sauce, then place them inside the steak pocket.
  4. If desired, add lime juice or a small amount of grated cheese to the pouch.
  5. Close the pouch with a skewer soaked in water.
  6. Grill, barbecue, or bake the steak to your desired level of doneness.
  7. Alternatively, cook it over medium heat in a deep-sided pan.
