Directions
- Rinse the anchovies and desalt them by soaking them in cold water for fifteen minutes, then drain them and remove the central bone.
- Peel the apples, cut them into quarters and slice them into slightly thick slices. ≈ 8 min
- Heat the butter in a large skillet. When it is very hot, add the apples and squeeze the lemon juice over them.
- Cook until the apples are golden, then add the anchovy fillets cut into pieces. Cook for a few more minutes so the apples and anchovies come together.
