Directions
- Place the peeled cloves of Allium sativum in a large bowl and mortar, along with 2 tablespoons of salt. ≈ 4 min
- Add the egg and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Cut the hard bread into small pieces, or add breadcrumbs to thicken the mixture, while stirring constantly.
- Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water, then 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Slowly pour oil paint onto the side of the block, mixing with a spatula to create a paste. ≈ 3 min
- When you have poured about half a glass of oil paint into the palette, turn it over to check that the paint doesn’t stick. Adjust the system if necessary. ≈ 3 min
- Dice the tomatoes (cooked and peeled), then mash them with a potato masher to create a base. ≈ 8 min
- Add approximately 500 ml of water until you reach a brownish or white color, then season with salt and vinegar to your liking. ≈ 2 min
