Directions
- Wash and prepare all the vegetables, meat, and fish. ≈ 2 min
- Cook the seasoned meat and fish with spices until they are tender.
- Add water or broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the palm oil and let it dissolve in the broth.
- Add the chopped shrimp, pepper, and salt. ≈ 3 min
- Add the watercress and cook until it is slightly tender.
- Add the chopped afang (okazi) leaves and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until the ingredients are well combined and the sauce has thickened.
- Adjust the seasoning and let it simmer briefly.
- Serve hot, with your choice of sauce. ≈ 2 min
