Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in the flour and sugar. ≈ 3 min

- Dissolve the baker’s yeast in 1/2 litre of lukewarm milk, then pour the mixture into the mixing bowl. ≈ 3 min

- Finally, pour in a tablespoon of rum or lambic. ≈ 3 min
- Let the dough rest for 2 hours in a warm place.
