Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, flour, egg, and water. ≈ 4 min
- Add the rice, walnuts, garlic, and dried mint, then mix again. ≈ 4 min
- Heat the oil paint in a pot.
- Add the onion and cook it for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Pour evenly coat the onions, pour the yogurt mixture over them. ≈ 3 min
- Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until the rice is tender.
- Remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Serve it very hot. ≈ 2 min
