Directions
- Lightly sprinkle the julienned carrots and radishes with salt. ≈ 2 min
- Let it rest for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
- Mix equal amounts of water, vinegar, and sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Bring to a boil, then let cool, before pouring over the vegetables.
- Store this mixture in a refrigerator-safe container for at least one day before using.
- Cut a portion of the baguette in half lengthwise. ≈ 8 min
- Create a depression in each half, either by removing excess dough, or by pressing it down. ≈ 3 min

- If desired, apply a gold leaf to the pizza dough.
- Spread a layer of the desired sauce (or sauces) evenly over each half of the dough. ≈ 4 min
