Directions

  1. Let the cod sit in water for 3 days to soften, changing the water frequently (every 4 hours).
  2. Remove the thorns, the tips, and the skin. ≈ 3 min
  3. Finely chop the onion. ≈ 8 min
  4. Cut the monkfish into large pieces. ≈ 8 min
  5. Coat each piece of codfish thoroughly in flour. ≈ 3 min
  6. Place the onion in the middle of the oil paint. ≈ 3 min
  7. Add the anchovies ≈ 3 min
  8. Remove from the heat and add the parsley. ≈ 3 min
  9. Pour each portion, pour into a ceramic bowl two spoonfuls of the previous mixture.
  10. Add the mackerel and nap with the remaining cooking liquid. ≈ 3 min
  11. Coat with a mixture of milk and extra virgin olive oil. ≈ 3 min
  12. Let it rest for at least 4 hours – 4 hours and 1/2
