Directions
- Combine the soft wheat semolina with the bean puree in equal proportions. ≈ 4 min
- Add water to create a thick paste. You can also add spices to the paste, but most of them should be incorporated into the breading. ≈ 3 min
- Add the onion to a small amount of oil paint, then add the corn and pepper to your liking. Cook until the onions become translucent.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, and any desired spices in a bowl. Set aside some of the breadcrumbs to sprinkle on top. ≈ 4 min
- Apply the thick paste to French fry plates, creating an even layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs over the pieces of meat, ensuring they are evenly coated. ≈ 2 min
- Carefully place the pieces of meat on a spatula and dredge them in a shallow pan with a small amount of oil paint. If the pan contains too much oil paint, the meat will absorb too much grease; if it contains too little, the breading will not become golden brown. Therefore, it is best not to use too much oil paint and to move the pieces of meat into the pan so that they absorb the oil paint.
