Directions

  1. Remove the pork skin, cut it into thin slices, and chop it. ≈ 8 min
  2. Soak the mushrooms in boiling water to soften them, then cut them into thin strips.
  3. Wash and wring the parsley and basil. ≈ 2 min
  4. The pork is mixed with pepper, salt, and curry powder, until the desired flavor is achieved. ≈ 3 min
  5. Next, it is mixed with mushrooms and chives. ≈ 3 min
  6. It is very difficult to cut, so it needs to be cut in half. ≈ 8 min
  7. Next, a knife is used to remove all the seeds inside, and then a small spoon is used to pour in the prepared mixture. ≈ 3 min
  8. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt (but not too much, or the vegetables will be too salty), and then add the zucchini.
  9. Reduce the heat and simmer until the zucchini are tender, removing any impurities as they appear and keeping the lid off (to keep the broth clear).
  10. To check if cilantro pods are mulberry, pierce one with a needle. ≈ 3 min
  11. If it’s ripe (if you see a sign), place a pot over the heat and add some chopped cilantro. ≈ 3 min
