Directions
- Finely chop the garlic and onions, then add them to a large pan with plenty of olive oil.
- Add the chopped rosemary and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Chop the herbs (basil, thyme, parsley) and set them aside. ≈ 8 min
- Add the chopped vegetables (except the tomatoes), and add the carrots later. Cook until they are tender.
- Add the tomato and mulberry, and season with salt. ≈ 2 min
- Let it simmer until the vegetables are fully cooked, then add the chopped fresh herbs.
- Mix well and serve hot. ≈ 4 min
