Veal roast
A traditional Italian dish, veal rostello is baked and served with a side of apple sauce.
A typical preparation for Milanese cuisine, from which the famous “cotoletta alla milanese” can be traced.

Directions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Flour the veal pieces and then sauté them in butter with a little thyme and rosemary.
- Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Add approximately 500 ml of white wine and let it steep.
- Add two tablespoons of broth and continue cooking in the preheated oven at 160 °C for an hour and a half, turning the meat halfway through.
- Serve with a topping of mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, or yellow risotto. ≈ 2 min
