Directions
- Wash the onion and chop it. ≈ 8 min
- Curry spices, caraway seeds, and onion in a pot. ≈ 3 min
- Stir occasionally. ≈ 4 min
- Cut the beet into slices, peel the slices, wash them, and then cut them into small cubes. ≈ 8 min
- You will need approximately 700-800g of cubes. ≈ 3 min
- Add the carrots before the onions. ≈ 3 min
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour in the broth into the pan, and add the fresh herbs.
- Heat the soup and let it simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
