Directions
- Peel and chop the onions, white chili peppers, and potatoes into 1-inch (4 cm) cubes. ≈ 8 min
- Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add the onions and cook them for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the hot peppers and potatoes, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the meat broth and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Pour the mayonnaise over and mix well before serving. ≈ 4 min
