Directions
- In a pot, melt the chopped garlic cloves in olive oil.
- Add the flour, mix well, and cook for a few minutes, then add the boiling, salted water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Separate the egg white from the yolk and set the white aside in a bowl. ≈ 2 min
- Place the yolks in a separate bowl, season with pepper, and add the vinegar. ≈ 2 min
- Pour in the white sauce into the broth, stirring constantly.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat and add the mixture (egg, vinegar, pepper) while whisking to prevent the egg from solidifying.
- Pour une soupe, place the bread slices in a pot. ≈ 3 min
- Serve hot. ≈ 2 min
