Directions
- Prepare the rice for sushi. ≈ 3 min
- Shape the rice into an oval form. ≈ 10 min
- Place the fish in the center and spread wasabi evenly over it. ≈ 3 min
- Next, cover with rice. ≈ 3 min
- Make sure the rice doesn’t overwhelm the fish. ≈ 3 min
- Gently press the rice onto the fish to help it adhere. ≈ 3 min
- Turn the sushi roll so that the fish side is facing up, and gently press down on the rice while keeping the top in place with your thumb. ≈ 3 min
- Adjust the edges of the piece. ≈ 3 min
- Turn the nigiri over and press down on the rice again. ≈ 3 min
- Prepare the remaining nigiris in the same way. ≈ 3 min
