Directions

  1. Harvest basil leaves from plants that are over 20 cm tall, for culinary use. ≈ 3 min
  2. Wash the leaves and dry them using a cotton dishcloth. ≈ 2 min
  3. In the blender, add the basil leaves, garlic, 150 ml of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and the pine nuts. ≈ 3 min
  4. Turn off the blender and continue mixing until you have a smooth cream. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more oil paint as needed. ≈ 4 min
  5. Mix the Parmesan and mix again to obtain a lighter-colored cream. ≈ 4 min
