Directions
- Cut the tofu into cubes and pan-fry it in a little oil until it is golden brown. Add the onion, garlic, cumin, and cilantro.
- Add the paprika, bell pepper, and a little water. Cook for a few minutes, covered, then let cool.
- Before serving, add the soy sauce. Serve with spiced millet quenelles, or with millet in a porridge.
