Directions
- Pierce the chicken with a fork to allow it to absorb the sauce more effectively. ≈ 3 min
- Heat a palette on medium heat and add a small amount of oil paint.
- Place the part of the poultry with the skin-side down on the surface of the pan and cook until the skin is golden brown.
- Turn the fish over and cook the skinless side until it is white.
- Use absorbent paper to wipe up any oil paint that drips from the poultry. ≈ 3 min
- Add 100 milliliters of water and a pinch of salt, cover the pan, and cook over low heat.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the sugar and soy sauce, and then cook over low heat.
- The chicken needs to be turned occasionally. ≈ 4 min
- Continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Cut the chicken once it has cooled down sufficiently. ≈ 8 min
- After cutting the meat into slices, pour the broth over it.
