Directions
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the flour gradually while constantly whisking. ≈ 3 min
- Continue to stir until the polenta forms a smooth, homogenous mixture.
- 15 minutes before the end of cooking, add the butter.
- About 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the cheese and let it melt.
- Pour serve the polenta, pour it into a container once it is cooked. ≈ 3 min
