Tajji is a specialty dish from the Sistan region, made with water, animal fat, and germinated wheat flour.
Tajji is a culinary specialty originating from the Sistan region, in the province of Sistan and Baluchistan. It is not the same as samano. The preparation methods are completely different, but the basic ingredients are similar.

Directions
- First, grind the unhulled wheat and rinse it thoroughly. ≈ 2 min
