Directions
- Place the tahini in a bowl and add the heated water, then mix until the water is completely incorporated. The tahini will become a lighter color and have a less thick consistency (do not add too much water, or it will become too liquid). ≈ 4 min

- The tahini is ready and can be used as a sauce, for example on hard-boiled eggs, or simply with bread. ≈ 3 min
