Directions
- Combine the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl until a smooth and consistent dough forms. ≈ 4 min
- Heat a small pan and lightly grease it.
- When the pan is hot, pour a ladle of batter in the center and rotate the pan to spread a very thin layer that covers the entire bottom.
- After about 1 minute, gently flip the crepe and cook it for a few seconds on the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used.
- Combine the filling ingredients until you have a smooth, even mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Spoon a generous amount of filling onto each crepe, about 1 cm from the edge, and roll it up. ≈ 10 min
- Allow to cool in the refrigerator, then serve cold.
