Marinated pork belly, marinated in plum wine and Chinese spices, then pan-fried and topped with a plum sauce and fresh chives.
These sweet and sour pork ribs are marinated for an hour in a fragrant Chinese-spiced plum wine. After being pan-fried to a golden brown, they are then topped with sauces and chopped chives.

Directions
- Mix the wine with the Chinese spices, then pour this marinade over the ribs and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Afterwards, drain the meat and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Apply a thin layer of gold leaf to the edges and lightly salt. At the end of cooking, add the marinade and sauces, then heat through, stirring gently.
