Sockerdricka is an old Swedish sparkling beverage, flavored with ginger and lemon zest. It ferments for two days before being bottled.

Directions
- Combine the sugar, water, crushed ginger, and lemon zest in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Filter the decoction and allow it to cool, then add the yeast and let it ferment for two days.
- Next, pour each bottle, add a small amount of dry grape juice. ≈ 3 min
- Let it rest for 5 days: the drink is now ready.
