Directions
- Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices or quarters. Place them in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon, and optionally add a tablespoon of sugar. ≈ 8 min
- Beat the eggs and sugar until you have a light and fluffy mixture, preferably using an electric hand mixer. ≈ 4 min
- Sift the flour and yeast together, then gently pour in the melted butter and milk (if using), and mix lightly to form a dough. ≈ 4 min
- Incorporate the apple slices, reserving some for decoration, and mix gently. ≈ 4 min
- Pour une portion, pour une tarte, grease and flour a baking dish, arrange the reserved slices on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 35 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
