Directions
- Pour the oil paint and flour into a pot and heat gently over medium heat. ≈ 3 min
- Cut the tomatoes into large chunks without the skin, add them to the mixture, and then immediately pour in the broth.
- Cook until the tomatoes are well broken down.
- Pour thicken the soup, pour it through a sieve placed over another pot. ≈ 3 min
- Return the mixture to the heat and let it simmer for another one or two minutes.
- About 20 minutes before serving, add the liaison to the egg and milk mixture, season, and then serve with your desired garnish.
