Summer berries in the Champagne region
A refreshing dessert featuring seasonal fruits, such as bilberries, raspberries, and strawberries, served with chilled champagne.
If you’re looking for a refreshing dessert during the summer heat, try these summer berries in champagne. Sweet and tart berries in a chilled glass of champagne, with a scoop of ice cream and almond biscuits on the side. You could gather blueberries, raspberries, and mint in the forest, then return home and prepare this summery combination. If you’re lucky, you might find wild strawberries. And grandmothers often have mulberries in their garden or in the freezer.
