Directions
- The liver is fried in 50g of butter, then removed and allowed to cool.
- The mushrooms are cleaned, washed, drained, and sliced. ≈ 3 min
- They are then sautéed in 50g of butter with salt and pepper. ≈ 3 min
- When the mushrooms are almost cooked, chopped fresh parsley is added. ≈ 3 min
- The liver is cut into thin slices. 50g of butter is softened. ≈ 3 min
- The sliced liver is then mixed with softened butter. ≈ 3 min
- Finally, the mushrooms are added to the mixture of liver and butter. ≈ 3 min
- This fills the turkey, seals it, and then it’s placed in a buttered baking dish and put in the oven (for about 45 minutes).
- Before putting it in the oven, I drizzle it with a mixture of rosemary and olive oil.
