Directions
- Peel and chop the onion, then sauté it in a little oil. Add the ground meat, chopped and blanched almonds, and washed grapes. Season with salt and pepper. ≈ 8 min
- Cook the rice halfway. Form thin patties with the rice, place a small amount of filling on each, close the patties, and shape them into balls.
- Dip the meatballs in the beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumbs, and fry them in hot oil until they are golden brown.
