Directions

  1. Reintroduce ground meat with chopped garlic and parsley.
  2. Add a little flour and a little milk. ≈ 3 min
  3. Garnish the peppers with this mixture and arrange them in a clay dish. ≈ 10 min
  4. Bring back a clove of garlic and add a spoonful of flour and paprika.
  5. Let it simmer for a while, adding the salt.
