Directions
- Bring the pre-cut Teuthida pieces to a boil in hot water until they are almost cooked through.
- Remove and drain. ≈ 2 min
- Prepare for cooking. ≈ 3 min
- Add oil paint to the pan and heat it over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and fry it.
- Next, add the green onions and the shrimp, and cook them until they are done. ≈ 3 min
- Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, chili paste, pepper, and scrambled eggs with condensed milk. ≈ 3 min
- Bring all the ingredients back together until they are well combined, then add the chili peppers and cook for another 10 seconds before removing from the heat.
- Place the food in a dish, garnish with chili peppers, and serve immediately with hot rice. ≈ 2 min
