Directions
- Cut the Romanesco into small florets and rinse them under cold water. ≈ 8 min
- Bring a pot of very salty water to a boil, then add the vegetables.
- Add them gradually, so that the water continues to boil.
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the intended use.
- Remove them using a skimmer, being careful. ≈ 3 min
- If you eat them immediately, spread them out on a plate; otherwise, chill them in cold water.
