Directions

  1. Place all the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix well. ≈ 10 min
  2. Pour gradually add the water. ≈ 3 min
  3. Add the yeast and sugar. ≈ 3 min
  4. Add the fat and knead until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 10 min
  5. Form small dough balls and fill them with your desired filling. ≈ 10 min
  6. Let it rise for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
