Directions
- Combine the ground meat, bell pepper, raisins, and hot pepper paste. Form meatballs about the size of a handgun. ≈ 10 min
- Heat some oil in a pan and cook the meatballs until they are golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same pan, return the chopped carrots and cauliflower.
- Add the water and white wine, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the mustard, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the stew with mashed potatoes and French fries.
