Directions
- Add the onion, garlic, and meat to a pan and cook until they are nicely browned.
- Add turmeric and spices, then pour cold water over the meat and let it cook until it is tender.

- Please return to the spinach and add it to the dish after the meat has been cooked.
- Let it simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the salt, pepper, and chili paste.
