Directions
- Heat the oil paint in a pan.
- Add the finely chopped bell pepper (seeds removed) and the finely chopped onion. ≈ 3 min
- Return the vegetables to the pan until they are golden brown.
- Finally, add the finely chopped garlic, mix well, and continue to cook for a few more minutes. ≈ 4 min
- Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool.
- In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them with a fork. ≈ 4 min
- Next, add the ricotta, finely chopped kale, as well as half of the grated Parmesan cheese and half of the grated mozzarella cheese (with holes). ≈ 3 min
- Season with salt and pepper, then mix with the sautéed vegetables until all the ingredients are well combined. ≈ 4 min
- Remove the tomatoes from their skins, chop them into small pieces, and mix them with the sauce. ≈ 8 min
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking. ≈ 2 min
- Pour evenly distribute the sauce, pour half of it into the bottom of an oven-safe dish (it should be large enough to hold three layers of lasagna). ≈ 3 min
- Distribute evenly. ≈ 3 min
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta in small amounts (about three at a time) and cook until they are slightly tender (they should not be fully cooked).
- Arrange three layers of pasta on top of the sauce, which has already been poured into the dish. ≈ 3 min
- Cover with 1/4 of the filling, made of ricotta and spinach, then add more layers of pasta and filling to create the lasagna. ≈ 3 min
- Cover the final layer of filling with the remaining pasta and then generously coat the entire dish with tomato sauce. ≈ 3 min
- Sprinkle the top of the lasagna with the remaining grated cheese (Parmesan and mozzarella). ≈ 2 min
- After covering the container with cling film, place it in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
- Next, remove the foil and continue cooking for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese on top is nicely browned.
