Directions
- First, carefully select the chard leaves, making sure there is no dirt or pests. ≈ 3 min
- Next, wash them several times with cold water. ≈ 2 min
- Rinse them thoroughly, then finely chop them. ≈ 8 min
- Heat some oil paint in a pan or pot.
- Using sesame oil can enhance the flavor of vegetables. ≈ 3 min
- Once the oil paint is warm, gently re-coat the mustard seeds and dried chili peppers.
- Remove the dried chili peppers when they are lightly golden, and set them aside to use later, during the presentation. ≈ 3 min
- Next, return the chopped onion and chopped garlic to the pan and cook until golden brown.
- Add vegetables and hot peppers: When the onions and garlic are golden brown, add chopped spinach and fresh slices of hot pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Add salt to taste and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Close the container and cook over medium heat.
- The water will begin to evaporate from the vegetables. ≈ 3 min
- Once the spinach is tender, remove the lid. ≈ 3 min
- Next, increase the heat and continue to stir constantly until all the water from the spinach has evaporated and the spinach is tender. ≈ 4 min
- Once the water has boiled, remove it from the heat.
