Directions
- Remove the fat and tendons from the meat. ≈ 3 min
- Cut the meat into thin slices, following the direction of the fibers. ≈ 8 min
- Mix the meat with lemon juice and salt, then knead. ≈ 4 min
- Dry the meat pieces in the sun, or cook them in the oven until they are thoroughly dried.
- Fry the meat slices in a low-heat pan until they are crispy, then remove them.
- Let them drain. ≈ 2 min
- Roughly chop the chili peppers and onion, add salt and lime juice, then cook over medium heat until softened.
- Add the fried meat, mix well, remove from the heat, and serve. ≈ 4 min
