La Jarria is a cold soup originating from the La Puebla de Cazalla region in Spain. It is similar to the Cordoban salmorejo, featuring tomatoes, bread, garlic, and olive oil.

Directions
- Slice the bread thinly and drizzle it with tomato juice, along with garlic, olive oil, and vinegar. ≈ 8 min
- Mix all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth consistency. ≈ 4 min
- Sift the mixture to remove any bread crumbs. ≈ 2 min
- Allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled, ideally accompanied by hard-boiled eggs, onions, tuna, ham, grapes, oranges, melons, cucumbers… etc. ≈ 2 min
