Directions
- Please return the meat to the pan with the onions.
- Chop the vegetables into small pieces and sauté them in a pot with oil until the onions become translucent. ≈ 8 min
- Then add the meat and spices, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Then, add the tomatoes and tomato puree. ≈ 3 min
- Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes, then add the beer or red wine.
- Let it simmer for 2 to 3 hours, until the sauce has a slightly thickened consistency.
- Serve with spaghetti, a salad, and bread. ≈ 2 min
