Soy, green bean, and almond teriyaki string cheese
Soy-based strips marinated in teriyaki sauce, sautéed with green beans, almonds, caramelized onions, and crispy garlic flakes.
This vegetarian dish combines marinated soy strips with green beans and almonds. The teriyaki sauce and dried garlic give it a lot of flavor.

Directions
- Cook the soy strips for about 10 minutes in lightly salted water, until they soften. Remove from the heat and drain.
- Place them in a bowl and let them marinate in the teriyaki marinade for 30 minutes to 6 hours.
- Trim the green beans and cook them for 20 minutes in the water until they are tender. Drain them and add them to the soy sauce.
- Pour prepare the almonds, pour over them with boiling water, let them sit for a few minutes, drain, and then peel them: soaking the almonds makes it easier to remove the skins. Add them to the batter.
- After marinating, chop the onions and sauté them in a pan with the oil. Add the soy sauce, beans, and almonds.
- Add the dried garlic, mix well, cover, and cook for about 7 minutes, or until the garlic is tender. Serve hot.
