Directions
- Season the rehydrated soy cutlets and roll them in flour, then briefly fry them on both sides in hot oil.
- Arrange the cutlets in an oven-safe dish, sprinkling each layer with chopped garlic and chopped parsley until all the cutlets are used up. ≈ 3 min
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the tomato juice, water, beer, sugar, and flour, then pour it over the chicken cutlets. ≈ 3 min
- Place the fresh peppercorns on top and let them simmer gently in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve with cream. ≈ 2 min
