Directions

  1. Wash the gooseberries, cut them to your liking, and remove the central core. ≈ 8 min
  2. It is no longer necessary to separate this hard part of the guava, as it will become soft over time. ≈ 2 min
  3. In a pot, boil vinegar with cane sugar, then add the spices and pour the gooseberries into a sealed jar.
  4. Add shredded carrots, lemon wedges (without the seeds), and guava seeds to the mixture. ≈ 3 min
  5. Once the cane sugar mixture has cooled, mix it with oil paint and pour it over the goyaves.
  6. Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dry place. ≈ 3 min
