Directions
- Soak the legumes overnight.
- Also, soak the dried vegetables before cooking them.
- Cook the meat or meat pieces with the legumes, onion, pepper, and turmeric in water.
- In the last twenty minutes, we add the dried vegetables and herbs to the soup and stir. ≈ 3 min
- If the soup is too watery, we add two or three tablespoons of rice. ≈ 3 min
- Also, add the soup noodles. ≈ 3 min
- Finally, we add vinegar and honey. ≈ 3 min
- If honey is not available, we will add a small amount of sugar to the vinegar instead. ≈ 3 min
- Garnish the soup with onions, fresh herbs, and garlic. ≈ 2 min
