Directions
- The small pieces of pork are coated in a mixture of maize starch and potato starch, in a 1:1 ratio. ≈ 3 min
- They are then fried in a pan over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, they are drained to remove excess fat. ≈ 3 min
- Slice the chili peppers, green peppers, and carrots. ≈ 8 min
- Bring them back under pressure.
- Add the spices and cook until they are fragrant.
- Add the small pieces of meat and let them cook through.
- Use cornstarch to thicken the sauce and remove it from the heat.
- The dish is served in a bowl and sprinkled with sesame seeds. ≈ 2 min
