Directions

  1. Place the meat in a pot and stir constantly. ≈ 4 min
  2. Combine the egg, salt, and breadcrumbs until you have a smooth paste. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the meat into small, round pieces and cook it in a broth.

  • 40 g of meat from pork bones (using 250-300g of pork bones)
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 50 g of fresh breadcrumbs
