Directions

  1. Cut the silken tofu into small cubes. ≈ 8 min
  2. Finely chop the cauliflower, mushroom, and pepper into thin slices. ≈ 8 min
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  4. Add the vegetables and cook them for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the silken tofu, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
  6. Let the vegetables simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, until they are tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and bay leaves before serving. ≈ 2 min
