Directions
- In a bowl, melt the vegetable margarine.
- Y brown the onion and garlic for a few minutes. ≈ 3 min
- Add the sliced carrots and diced seitan. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the dry white wine and vegetable stock into the pot, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch with a little water or sauce, then pour into the pot. Mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. ≈ 2 min
