Directions
- Cook the frozen shrimp.
- Peel the shrimp and reserve the shells. ≈ 3 min
- Slice the carrots and peel and chop the onion. ≈ 8 min
- Chop the celery into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Please include carrots, celery, and onions in a pot with some fat.
- Add the tomato puree, shrimp shells, water, bouillon cubes, and wine.
- Let it simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the broth.
- Combine the flour with half of the cream to form a smooth dough, then add it to the broth.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Whip the remaining cream and add it to the broth along with the shrimp.
